If you are a current member or have already renewed your membership you can submit updates to your listing. Current members should see changes made to your listings within one business day.

Please review your listing as it currently appears online and fill out only the information that needs to be changed/updated in your listing. There is no need to include information which already appears correctly on your online listing.

If you have a logo and/or pictures to submit, please send them by e-mail to the webmaster or submit them using our ftp server (you will need to call us for the username and password first). We are looking for Conference or Center logos, pictures of your facilities, and/or photos of conference speakers or attendees. We prefer gif, jpg, and png formats. Or we will scan them in for you if you mail them to us.
