After purchasing your membership, please fill out and submit the following webform. New members will have their listings posted once payment has been received and processed.

If you have a logo and/or pictures to submit, please send them by e-mail to the webmaster or submit them using our ftp server (you will need to call us for the username and password first). We are looking for Conference or Center logos, pictures of your facilities, and/or photos of conference speakers or attendees. We prefer gif, jpg, and png formats. Or we will scan them in for you if you mail them to us.
