Plus learn from the experiences of two first-time authors. Hear first-hand how publishing worked -- or didn't -- for a novelist and a memoirist.

Manuscript Consultations:  Feed back on your manuscript during one-on-one sessions with publishing professionals. Space is limited.

Lunchtime Reads: Each day, gather for lunch and to hear Writers Institute faculty read from their work.

Literary Happy Hour: On Friday evening, May 8, from 5-6 p.m., rub elbows (and clink glasses) with the Institute's authors and literary professionals.

Pitch-o-rama 2009: On Saturday, practice the art of the one-minute pitch before a panel of industry pros. Get feedback on your book idea and free advice.
